- 4 chicken breasts, bone-in, skin removed
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar (or Balsamic)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cummin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*F
Combine ketchup with maple syrup, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce,cummin and garlic.
Marinate 30 mins.
Pour over chicken.Bake for 45 to 50 mins.or until chicken is no longer pink.
