Maytag Blue Cheese Dip
Makes 2 cups

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream, light
4 oz. of Maytag or other blue cheese, crumbled
2 scallions (white & tender green parts) finely chopped
Ground pepper to taste

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and whipping cream. Add blue cheese and scallions. If a thinner dip is desired, add more cream. Add pepper to taste
