Broccoli Slaw

The original recipe is from my sister, Lorraine. Although I love this recipe, it is not healthy due to the ramen noodles! I have tweaked the recipe a bit, which is what is recorded below. I want to experiment with the recipe to see if I can remove the ramen noodles and still have a good result.
