Kicked Up Potato & Leek Soup

There are countless recipes for Potato Leek soup, but this one is on top of my list of faves-- I like the bacon and using white wine. Creme Fraiche, added at the end, makes this soup creamy and very flavorful...not to mention, very economical to make.
