- 1/2 Cup Paprika
- 3 Tbsp Pepper, Fresh Ground
- 3 Tbsp Salt, Coarse Ground
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Chili Powder

- 1 Brisket (8 Lb)
- ----- Mop -----
- 12 Fl Beer
- 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp Jalapeno Chili, Minced
- ----- For Smoking -----
- 5 Lbs Lump Charcoal
- 4 Cups Wood Chips (oak Or Hickory), Soaked In Water For At Least 30 Minutes

- 1 Cup Barbecue Sauce (Bull's-Eye)
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder

- 1 lb 2 1/2 cups Kiwi peeled and quarted, sliced.
- 1/2 lb 1 1/2ea Golden delicious peeled, cored, chopped.
- 3/4 cup dried Pears, chopped
- 1 Orange medium (1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tsp grated orange rind)
- (1 Cup Sugar if desired) see directions

- 2 Garlic Cloves, pressed
- 1 Onion Medium, chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 3/4 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 6oz Can Tomato Paste
- 1 8oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano

- 2 Lb Chicken
- 1 Medium Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 Medium Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Can Plum Tomatoes (16 Oz)
- 1 Tbsp Parsley, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Oregano, Crushed
- 1/4 Tsp Thyme
- 3/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1/4 Lb Mushroom, Sliced
Drop Doughnuts

These doughnuts are dropped from a spoon in to the hot oil so - NO HOLES
- 2 Tbsp. butter ( real butter )
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tsp.Baking powder
- 3 cups white flour
- a dash of salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Let butter soften, add the sugar and eggs. cream together.
- Add milk and the dry ingredients. Mix together.
- Chill - for 2 to 3 hours
- Heat oil in a large pan, use vegetable oil or canola,
- just enough to keep the doughnuts off the bottom of
- the pan. Maybe 2 inches deep. Drop the dough into the hot oil and when they are golden brown on one side turn them with a fork - to brown on both sides.
Meat Loaf - grind the meat yourself

I have made Meat Loaf many different ways and now it is time to grind it yourself
- Meat:
- 3 3 3 # of Turkey breast - get one with the bones in - cut them off and save for soup later.
- 3 3 3 # of Beef Pot Roast
- 3 3 3 # of Pork Butt
- 6 6 6 slices of bacon
- 1 to 2 off the bone and cut the meat into 1 to 2 inch pieces

- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup Lard
- 3 Egg yolks
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp soda
- 1 quart buttermilk
- Flour
