- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large egg whites
- 26 tablespoons butter, softened (3 sticks plus 2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 4 lean boneless pork chops
- 4 tablespoons feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Golden Harvest Soup

In a large heavy pot, melt butter, saute onion and leeks until softened
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 2 leeks, chopped (white part only)
- 1 lg potato, peeled and diced
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 2 cups diced squash (any kind)
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups light cream or milk
- salt and pepper
- parsley, chives, or green onions for garnish

1. Heat oven to 350F. Have ready a large foil-lined roasting pan with rack
- Spice Rub
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 3 pounds pork spareribs
- Barbeque Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon liquid Barbecue Smoke®
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Franks Redhot Chicken Dip

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup red hot sauce
- 1 large can swanson chicken breast, drained
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Spinach Artichoke Spaghetti Squash Boats with Chicken

For the Spaghetti Squash: Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Spaghetti Squash:
- 1 large spaghetti squash, cut in half, seeds removed
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- Chicken:
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 lb. chicken, cubed
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 T. butter, or olive oil
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. milk (or almond milk)
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 3 T. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. Greek yogurt
- 1/2 - 1 t. salt to taste
- 1-15-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 2 c. fresh spinach, packed
- 1/2 - 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Parsley, fresh (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
French Vanilla Custard Pie
