Guacamole Dip

Guacamole Dip for Football Season
- 2-medium ripe avocados, peeled and
- cubed (preferably Haas avocado)
- 1/4-cup minced red onion
- 1-small tomato, minced
- 1-small jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1-Tsp. salt
- 1/4-cup minced fresh Cilantro, or
- more to taste.
- 2-Tbs. fresh lime juice
Lentil (Red) and Butternut Squash Soup

Lentil and Butternut Squash Soup
- 10 cups broth (I use low sodium - by the way, how big is your crock pot?)
- a bag of frozen chicken breasts(large bag - approx 8-9 breasts / 3lb?)
- a bunch of scallions
- olive oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1/2 can light coconut milk *
- 1 tbs garam masala ** (mine was old)
- 1 tsp red madras curry
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups red lentils (added in last - cooked for about 2-3 hours, tasting for doneness)
- salt (I added 1 tsp - I'm very sensitive to salt. I'd suggest 3 tsp for normal people)
- * The coconut milk was great. If I were to remake, I'd add the whole can.
- ** My garam masala was quite old. But even if it were fresh I would still try the entire tablespoon. I bet it would be awesome. But if you are wary of that, you could go with 1.5 teaspoons.

- 1 -Can cream chicken soup.
- 1 -Can cream mushroom soup.
- 1 -Can chicken broth.
Barbecued Ground Pork Burgers.

- 2-lbs. Ground Pork.
- 1/2-Cup chopped Washington apple.
- 1 -pouch (1/2 of 5.5 oz. pkg.)
- Shake 'n Bake Original Pork.
- 1/4-Cup Honey Barbecue Sauce.
- Add extra's; Swiss, American or Jack
- cheese. Tomato, lettuce, onion and avocado.

- 1/4-cup dry bread crumbs.
- 2/3-cup chopped onion.
- 1-Tsp. salt.
- 1/2-Tsp. pepper.
- 1 2/3-Cup evaporated milk.
- 4-Tbs. butter, melted.
- 1 (4-oz.) can sliced mushrooms.
- 1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce.
- 1/3-Cup flour.
- 1/4-Tsp. garlic salt.
- 1-Cup water.
- 1-Tsp. Worcestershire sauce.
- 2-Tbs. lemon juice.
- 3-Cup hot cooked rice.
- 1 (10-oz.) package frozen peas cooked
- and drained.

- 1 - lb. Ground beef. (Alt-grd-turkey).
- 1 - Jar (12 oz.) chunky salsa.
- 1 - Cup BIRDS EYE SWEET Corn,
- thawed and drained.
- 3/4 - Cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE
- WHIP LIGHT Dressing.
- 1 - Tbsp. Chili powder.
- 2 - Cups crushed tortilla chips,
- divided.
- 2 - Cups (8 oz.) KRAFT Natural
- shredded Colby / Monterey Jack
- Jack Cheese, divided.

- 1-Lb. Lean ground Beef.
- 1 -Yellow or white onion.
- 2-Tsp. Chili powder.
- 2-Tsp. Cumin.
- 1 -Can tomato paste.
- 1 -Can red kidney beans.
- 1 -Can diced tomatoes.
- 1 -Frozen package corn. (Alternate)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 -Package shredded hash browns.
- 1 -Package shredded Taco flav. Cheese.

- 1/4-cup minced onions.
- 1-lb. ground beef (turkey).
- (cook until pink is out).
- 3-cups tomato sauce or V-8 juice.
- 2-cups raw carrots.
- 3-cups water.
- 2 -beef bullion cubes.
- 2 -cans cream of celery soup (undiluted).
- 1/4-Tsp. pepper.
- 1/4-Tbs. margarine.
- 1 -whole bay leaf.
- 1/2-Tsp. garlic.
- 1-Tbs. sugar.
