MAX & ERMA'S® GO BANANAS! CREAM PIE

FOR THE VANILLA WAFER PIE CRUST: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- FOR THE VANILLA WAFER PIE CRUST:
- 6 individual vanilla wafer pie crusts
- 1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafer cookies
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 1 (12 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 cups heavy (whipping) cream
- 3 Bananas, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- TO SERVE:
- 1 can aerosol whipped cream
- 1 bottle chocolate syrup additional fresh banana slices (for garnish)

- 1 pound assorted mushrooms, such as oyster and cremini, cleaned
- 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for serving
- 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups Arborio rice
- 1 cup dry white wine
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
