- 2 * 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 * 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 * 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pan
- 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 cups packed light-brown sugar
- 4 * 4 large eggs
- 1 * 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
- * Confectioners' sugar, for dusting

- 1/2 C. granulated sugar
- 2 C. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup sugar, plus 2 tablespoons, divided
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Streusel topping, recipe follows
- 1/2 cup caramel topping
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
