- Crust:
- Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Pie:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (12-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cups key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon key lime zest
- 1 pint half-and-half
- Fresh lime slices. for garnish

In a large bowl, dissolve in 2 cups of warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt
- Dough:
- Makes approximately 2 pounds.
- 1 packet of active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups of warm water
- 5-6 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Filling:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound fresh, hot Italian sausage (in casing)
