Carbonara

1. Put a large saucepot of water on to boil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pound pasta, such as spaghetti or rigatoni
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)
- 1/4 pound pancetta (Italian bacon), chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 5 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 large egg yolks
- Freshly grated Romano cheese
- Handful of finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
Seared Steaks with wine,mushroom and onions

Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper
- 2 (8 oz) NY Strip steaks
- 3/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 4 tsp canola oil, divided
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary
- 1 (8 oz) pack of sliced Cremini mushrooms
- 2 tsp flour
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 1 TBSP butter
Super Chicken Casserole

1 Heat the oven to 400°F
- 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ounces (about 1 cup) elbow-shaped pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
Prosciutto-Arugula Pizza

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 (8oz) thin pizza crust
- 4 oz, fresh, thinly sliced mozzarella
- 2 oz very thinly sliced prosciutto, torn into 1/2 inch wide strip1 1/2 tsp canola oil
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 1/3 cups arugula

- 2 ripe Avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium tomato, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Marinated Grilled Flank Steak

Place first 10 ingredients in a blender
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 1 1/2 TBSP. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 TBSP. grated orange zest
- 2 12 TBSP fresh ginger
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 lb. flank steak (cut into 4(8 oz) pieces
- Canola or Vegetable oil
Sweet and Sour Chicken

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dry-roasted chopped cashews

- 5 celery stalks
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons celery seed
- 1 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 packages imitation king crab meet
- 1 package small baby shrimp
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Tilapia with Lemon-Garlic Sauce

- 4 tilapia filets
- 1/4 tsp of each salt and pepper
- 3 TBSP Wondra (quick flour)
- 2 TBSP butter

- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
