Chicken Salad with Apples, Grapes, and Walnuts

Toss shredded chicken, apple chunks, walnuts, red onion, celery, and lemon juice together in a large bowl
- 4 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into small chunks
- 2 cups chopped walnuts, or to taste
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 5 tablespoons creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 25 seedless red grapes, halved
Balsamic Vinaigrette for Two

Instructions Whisk everything together, and adjust to taste, if necessary
- 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon stone-ground Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (or 2-3 drops of liquid stevia)
- Pinch of Himalayan salt crystals
- Dash of garlic and onion powders

- 2 Tbsp MCT Oil or Unrefined Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 C. Full-Fat Canned Coconut Cream

Raw Green Alkaline Detox Blend - pH Balancer

1) Blend all of the ingredients for 60-90 seconds depending on the strength of your blender
- 3 stalks of kale
- Handful of baby spinach
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 green apple (I use green gala apples!)

- 1/2 cup of water

- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Wilted Spinach and Chickpeas

Clean and rinse 1 can of organic chick peas
- 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander seed
- 2 tbsp sliced red onions
- 1 ripe mango, peeled/pitted and cut into large chunks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Several large handfuls of spinach
Chickpea Salad

Finely dice bell pepper, carrot, tomato, and cucumber
- 2 cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 small bell pepper (yellow, red, or orange)
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 english cucumber
- 12 oz. cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2-3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Optional: If you like more of a "bite", add some finely diced onion, and substitute a minced garlic clove for the garlic powder.

Put all of the ingredients in a large stock or sauté pot
- Based on a recipe from physician Henry Bieler (Bieler’s Broth), this vegetable tonic provides an ideal combination for restoring acid–alkaline and sodium–potassium balance to the body’s organs and glands.
- 4 cups spring or filtered water
- 4 medium zucchini, finely chopped
- 3 celery stalks, leaves removed, then finely chopped
- 1 cup roughly chopped green string beans
- 1 large bunch fresh parsley, stems and leaves roughly chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons unrefined sea salt or 1 tablespoon organic miso paste
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, or other French Provence herbs for added flavor
- Makes 3 serving (1 per dinner during 3 day detox)
