OH-SO-MOIST POUND CAKE

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour Bundt pan
- Cake:
- 1 Box of Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 large eggs
ORANGE CINNAMON TEA CAKE

Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cake:
- 1 package white cake mix or Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Orange Supreme Cake Mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
- Frostig:
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 -1/3 cup orange juice (enough for spreading consistency)
ORANGE STREUSEL LOAVES

Streusel: Combine reserved 2 tablespoons dry cake mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine in medium bowl
- Cake:
- Streusel
- 2 tablespoons orange cake mix
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, optional
- Remainder of pkg. Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake Mix
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup oil
- Glaze:
- 2 2/3 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon maple extract
CARAMEL - PECAN PINWHEELS

In a 9 x 1 1/2 inch round baking pan, stir together ice cream topping and butter
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1 package of 8 refrigerated bread sticks
BROWNIES & FROSTING

- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup cocoa

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup chopped English walnuts, optional
- FROSTING:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
CHEESE CAKE

Combine cream cheese and milk
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
OREO COOKIE PUDDNG CAKE

Crush cookies and set aside 1/2 cup Mix crumbs with margarine and press into 13 x 9" pan
- 1 pound Oreo cookies
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8 ounce) containers whipped topping
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large package instant chocolate pudding
CHERRY CAKE

- 1 box white or cherry cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- cherry juice and enough milk to make one cup
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries, cut up
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
CHICKEN, RICE, BROCCOLI & CHEESE CASSEROLE

- 1/2 cup Cheese Whiz (jar)
- 1 cup Quick Rice
- 1/2 stick butter
- 10 ounce frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup milk
- Chicken, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
CHOCOLATE BUTTERMILK SHEET CAKE
