Heather's Meatloaf

- 1/2 small onion - chopped
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1+lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Stovetop stuffing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- seasoned salts and pepper to taste
Adam's Wontons

Adam makes the best wontons! Our boys love them too!
- 2 quarts vegetable oil
- 100 wonton wrappers
- 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp minced dried onion
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
- 2 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp Montreal Steak seasoning
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Preheat oven to 350°. Line muffin tins with liners
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pumpkin Seeds, optional
Sweet and Sour Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

1. Core the cabbage. Carefully separate the leaves
- Cabbage Rolls
- 1 large head green cabbage, about 2 to 2 1/4 pounds
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs (not necessary, you can leave them out, but they do make the meat fluffier)
- 1 medium onion, grated or minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup raw long-grain white rice
- Tomato Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped (medium dice)
- 2 15-ounce cans tomato sauce or one 32-ounce can whole tomatoes, pulsed in a food processor with juice until pureed.
- juice of one lemon or 2 tablespoons (or more to taste) apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 to 3/4 cup light brown sugar (Depending on amount of sweetness you prefer. Start with 1/3 cup and taste sauce, adding if you like it sweeter. If you prefer it completely savory, add only 1 tablespoon brown sugar and the juice from half a lemon)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Banana Bread

- 3 overripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 Tbsp chocolate chips

Sloppy Joes

Easy recipe that turns out MUCH better than store bought
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Naan Garlic Spinach and Broccoli Pizza

- 4 Pieces Trader Joe's Tandoori Naan
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Vodka Sauce
- 1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
- 4 tsp. minced garlic
- 4 Tbsp. crumbled fat free feta
- 1/2 cup garlic spinach (recipe for this is in my collection)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced broccoli crowns
- Garlic salt
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
