- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
- 8 lasagna noodes, cooked
Mock Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Set a pot of water to boil over high heat
- 1 Medium head cauliflower
- 1 TBS cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp straight chicken base or bullion
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh or dry chives for garnish
- 3 TBS unsalted butter

Such an amazingly easy, wonderful comfort food!
- 1 1/2 lbs ground round beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 - 2 cups veggies (such as carrots, corn peas) - may use frozen
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs potatoes
- 8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (I use more to taste)
- Salt, pepper, other seasonings of choice
- Paprika

- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Baked breaded Cauliflower

Remove any leave from the head of the cauliflower and pare the florets
- 1 head fresh cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 cup all purpose white flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 TBS grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- 1 TBS dried parsley flakes
- 1 TBS olive oil
Shrimp Francese

Slice each shrimp along the back to open (butterfly) slightly
- 1 lb large shrimp (14 - 16), peeled and deveined, tails on

- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 2 TBS ketchup
- 2 tsp brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
Gratin of Caulifower with Gruyere

- 1 medium head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt/divided
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 TBS butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup panko
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded gruyere cheese/divided
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 TBS flour
- 2 cups 2% fat milk
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
