Creamy Caesar salad Dressing

- 1 lemon
- ¾ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ¾ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 large clove garlic, pressed
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup (1oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Cheesy Rice Thanksgiving Bake

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F
- Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cabot Salted Butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
- 1½ cups uncooked white rice, such as Basmati or Jasmine
- 4 cups turkey or chicken stock or broth
- 2 cups chopped cooked green vegetables, such as green beans, brussels sprouts, or broccoli
- 2 cups chopped cooked yellow vegetables, such as squash, sweet potato or carrots
- 2-3 cups cooked chopped or shredded turkey
- 1 cup turkey gravy (may substitute stock or milk, if gravy is not available)
- Salt and pepper to taste (use sparingly, as most ingredients have already been seasoned)
- 2 8-ounce packages Cabot Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided or Cabot Sharp Cheddar Cheese (4 cups)
- 1/3 cup Cranberry Sauce, jellied or whole berry
- 2 cups leftover stuffing

- 1/2 cup beef broth

Hoisin-Peanut Dipping sauce

- ¾ cup HOISIN Sauce
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Pasta with White Bean Sauce

You can add in any vegetables as you like or any type of pasta
- 1 (19) ounce can cannellini beans undrained
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 8 tablespoons olive oil divided
- Red Pepper flakes to taste
- Half a 16-ounce box of Fusilli pasta
- 4 cups spinach and/or 2 zucchini cut in half horizontally then sliced into 1/4" pieces
- 5 tablespoons marinara sauce
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-cup pasta water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Rosy Tartar Sauce

Fresh Tartar sauce is heaven, but a little ketchup can make it pretty in pink
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Dash of tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon tiny capers, drained
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

- 3-6 Garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 4 cups coarsely chopped broccoli rabe (escarole or spinach may be substituted)
- 1-1/2 cups drained cannellini beans, rinsed
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 6 oz pasta (cooked al dente)
- Parmesan cheese
Salmon Cakes

- Sauce:
- Drain canned salmon and remove bones.
- 3/4 cup Mayo
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 whole-grain mustard
- Teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 scallion thinly sliced or chopped
- Salt & ground pepper
- Patties:
- 2 Cans (7-1/2 ounces each) pink salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- Salt & ground pepper
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1-1/3 cups crushed cracker crumbs
- 6 - medium-sized carrots, peeled
- 2 Tablespoons corn oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Combine sauce ingredients & refrigerate.
Cajun Shrimp wrapped in Bacon

- Marinade:
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1/2-cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
