Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread

Heat garlic and butter over medium heat just until the garlic begins to brown
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 lbs pizza dough (I used this recipe because it makes enough for two pizza)
- 6 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes (you'll need ~48 pieces)
- 48 slices of Turkey pepperoni (from 1 package)
- 2-3 cups marinara sauce, warmed, for serving

Combine milk, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl
- 2 Cups of milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted

prepare brownie mix according to package directions for 13x9-inch baking pan; cool
- 1 (19 oz. ) box brownie mix
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmellow creme
- 1 Cup prepared creamy chocolate frosting
- 1 Cup SKIPPY creamy peanut butter
Doritos Crusted Chicken Fingers

Instructions Cut the chicken into thin ½ inch strips
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large bag of Doritos, nacho flavor (or flavour of choice)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 eggs

- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degree Fahrenheit
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2-1/2 cups caramel, cut into small chunks
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening (Optional)

- 2 16-to-18-ounce boxes spice cake mix (plus required ingredients)
- 2 16-ounce tubs chocolate frosting
- 11 whole graham crackers
- 4 to 5 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- Assorted candies, for decorating (we used gummy leaves, licorice string, peppermints and candy- coated chocolate balls)
- Sanding sugar, for decorating
- Cotton candy, for decorating
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting

- 1 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- Frosting
- Double recipe Basic Butter Cream Frosting
- 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- Red, Orange, and Yellow food colorings (gel paste preferred)
- Assembly
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 30 peanut butter cups
- 60 white chocolate chips
- Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
