Easy Breakfast Pie

Heat oven to 400. Grease rectangular baking dish (13 x 9)
- 2 packages (10 oz each) pork sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar

- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour, divided

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, cubed

Zucchini Pineapple Bread

- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Warm-you-up Sausage Quiche

In large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink, drain
- 1 lb mild pork sausage
- 1/4 lb hot pork sausage
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups (16 oz) small-curd cottage cheese
- 3 cups (12 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion

Cherry Cream Crescent Coffee Braid

- 1/3 cup cherry preserves
- 2 to 3 tsp milk
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (from 8 oz tub)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups cubed cooked ham
- salt and pepper to taste
Spicy Warm Chicken Salad

- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup picante sauce
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup jalapeno pepper jelly
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 2 cups torn romaine
- 1 small sweet red pepper, thinly sliced
