- 1 (24.5-oz.) jar refrigerated sliced peaches, drained
- 1 (750-ml.) bottle champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
- 2/3 cup peach schnapps

Cherry-Berry Streusel Pie

Place the flour, sugar and salt in a food processor; cover and pulse until blended
- FILLING:
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold butter, cubed
- 7 to 8 tablespoons cold water
- 2 cans (21 ounces each) cherry pie filling
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk

Strawberry Frosting

Place strawberries in the bowl of a small food processor; process until pureed
- 1/2 cup whole frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, firm and slightly cold
- Pinch of coarse salt

- 5 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Milk

- 1 cup Granulated Sugar (not Powdered Sugar!)

- 1 C feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 C black olives
- 2 Tbsp parsley

In a small heavy saucepan over medium heat, whisk the eggs, sugar, lemon juice and peel until blended
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 package (1.9 ounces) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells, thawed
