- 2-3 large Lobster Tails (Split with Scissors before cooking)

- 1 cup white wine (preferably a Reisling)
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream and 1 Tablespoon cornstarch if desired for thicker sauce.

New England Seafood Chowder

1. Place leeks, potatoes and corn in a 3 1/2-qt or larger slow-cooker
- 2 leeks, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced (white & light green only)
- 8 oz red new potatoes, cut in eighths
- 1 1/2 cups fresh corn or 1 can (11 oz) corn niblets, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 8 oz cod fillets, cut into 1-in. chunks
- 8 oz raw large shrimp, peeled
- 1 cup milk
- 4 slices precooked bacon (from a 2.1-oz box)

- One 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 1/2 to 2 2/3 pounds ground turkey breast
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs (3 handfuls)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese Coarse
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- One 8-ounce package shredded provolone cheese or Italian cheese blend
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (eyeball it)
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

- 12 oz bulk spicy pork sausage
- 5 cups frozen southern-style hash brown potatoes (from 32-oz bag)
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles, undrained
- 3 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (12 oz)
