Rebecca’s Pound Cake

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 2 1/2 sticks butter (no substitute)
- 7 large eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 pint (1 cup) heavy cream
- Pinch salt
- Vanilla (optional)
Peppermint And Pecan Chocolate Bark

Preheat oven to 250 degree f
- 20 ounces mint chocolate (such as ghirardelli), chopped
- 1 7.5 ounce package red-and-white-striped hard peppermint candies, chopped (about 1 generous cup)
- 1 cup pecans, toasted, chopped
Humming Bird Cake

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened
- Cream cheese frosting:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups chopped bananas
- Cream cheese frosting
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
- 1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 325 degree f
- 1 cup (2 sticks ) butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup ground raisins
- 1 cup ground pitted dates
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Choc Snowflake Cookies

Cover chill 2 hrs.1/2 balls roll in powdered sugar
- Combine:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cups veg. Oil
- 4 1 or 2 oz unsweeted ( melted)
- Add:
- 4 eggs

- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
A Perfect Roasted Fillet Of Beef

Preheat the oven to 425 degree f
- 1 tenderloin of beef (about 3 3/4 pounds)
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced

Combine first 9 ingredients in a saucepan; cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until cream cheese melts
- 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 small onion grated
- 2/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 t. Garlic powder
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. Pepper
- 1/4 c. Dry white wine
- 2 t. Prepared mustard
- 2 t. Prepared horseradish
- 1 lb. Fresh (or canned) lump crabmeat, drained
- 2 t. Chopped fresh chives
- 2 t. Chopped fresh parsley
