1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 C)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, plus more for greasing
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 5 cups whole milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 pounds sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Spicy Oven-Fried Chicken

1 In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, Dijon mustard and hot sauce
- 1 1/2 cups light buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as tobasco)
- 1 teaspoon salt

Wicked Good Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cups

1 Into a medium saucepan, sift together the cornstarch, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

In a heatproof mug or ramekin, stir together the dry ingredients until no lumps remain
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp canola or other mild vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp milk, coffee or water
- 1 mini chocolate bar, such as Reese’s peanut butter cup, Oh Henry, Wunderbar, Caramilk, etc., chopped
Homemade Crispy Potato Tots (Tater Tots)

In a small bowl, whisk water and salt together until salt dissolves
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 cups peanut oil or vegetable oil

- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, (Neufchatel)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg whites, or 4 teaspoons dried egg whites (see Ingredient note), reconstituted according to package directions
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strong (or prepared instant) coffee, or black tea
- 2/3 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread

Directions: 1. In a small saucepan, heat garlic and butter over medium heat until garlic begins to brown
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 lbs pizza dough (I used 2 balls of Trader Joe's fresh dough)
- 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes (about 48 pieces)
- pepperoni (about 48 slices)
- 2-3 cups marinara sauce for serving
Caramel Macchiato Cider with Cinnamon Cream

- 4 cups apple cider
- 1 cup cold heavy cream, for whipped cream
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, for whipped cream
- Caramel Syrup or store-bought butterscotch sauce
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, for whipped cream

- 9 cps rice krispie cereal
- 9 cps marshmallows
- 6 tablespoons butter
