Grilled Shrimp Tacos with a Zesty Cream Sauce

Soak skewers in water for about 20 minutes so they won’t burn on the grill or in the pan
- 16 large shrimp (about 30 to a pound), shelled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Taco-sized flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Wooden skewers soaked in water
- Zesty Cream Sauce
- Lemon or lime wedges and avocado slices for garnish
- Zesty Cream Sauce
- 1/4 cp mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 to 2 tsp spicy bbq sauce
- 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix together and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- 3 pounds sweet potatoes (3 to 5)

- 1 tablespoon finely shredded orange zest
- 1/2 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar, divided
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, divided
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 graham cracker rectangles (5 x 2 1/4-inch each)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 acorn squash, cut into halves, seeds removed
- 6-8 ounces ground turkey sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped into small pieces
- 1-3 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 Tbsp chile powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) black or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp crushed saffron threads
- 1 1/2 cups (about) water
- 8 ounces pitted dates
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp slivered almonds, toasted

Mix dry ingredients together and rub chicken inside and out with it

- 1 tspn paprika
- 1 tspn dry yellow mustard
- 1 TBSPN sea salt
- 1 tspn brown sugar
- 1/2 tspn pepper

- 1 tspn onion powder
- BASTING SPRAY
- 1 can of beer
- 2 cups cider
- 2 TBSPN olive oil
- 2 TBSPN balsamic vinegar

- 4 beef tenderloin steaks, about 2" thick is perfect.
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- crushed black peppercorn
- 1/4 cup butter.
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2/3 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water
- Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven
