Spaghetti Pie Casserole

1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
