JEANS CAKE

Cream butter and sugar, add I egg at a time to mixture, add flour and mix well
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 2 teaspoon lemon flavoring
KEY LIME PIE

Bake a store bought or homemade pie crust and allow to cool for 30 minutes
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
- whipping cream or meringue for topping

CHEESY CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE

- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken (regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
CRANBERRY BREAD

Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans Combine flour, salt,baking powder
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg well beaten
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup grated orange rind
- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
APPLE CRANBERRY CASSEROLE

- 1 (3-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

- 2 cups fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350. Grease three 9 inch cake pans and line with wax paper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 eggs separated
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (3 ounce) can sweetened coconut
- FROSTING
- 12 ounces cream cheese softened
- 6 tablespoons butter softened
- 24 ounces confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans toasted if desired
