  • or cream of mushroom or cream of mushroom w/roasted garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
  • 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
  • low fat cream of mushroom soup works great
