Crispy Curry Rub Chicken Thighs .. low carb

LOVE this recipe ... I convert the spice recipe into tablespoons instead of teaspoons so that I have extra of this ...
- 8 Bone-In, Skin-On Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Yellow Curry or turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Allspice
- 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Coriander
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Cardamom ( I leave this out cuz none in my pantry)
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Ginger
Bacon Cannoli

- FILLING:
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese will work)
- 1/4 cup Swerve confectioners
- 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon banana extract (or vanilla extract)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk (to thin the filling mixture)
'Healthified' Lemon Curd, low carb, sugar free

- LEMON CURD:
- 1 cup Swerve (or erythritol and 1 tsp stevia glycerite)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4 large eggs
- 1 TBS finely grated lemon peel
- 8 TBS butter or coconut oil

- 2-3 cups raw spinach
- 1/4 cup almond mild or coconut milk or water
- 2 TB grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 TB heavy cream
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 TB bacon grease or butter or coconut oil
- salt and pepper to taste

- ICE CREAM:
- 12 slices bacon
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tbs coconut oil (organic butter if not dairy sensitive)
- 4 tbs SKINNYFat MCT oil *needed to create a smooth ice cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tsp banana extract
- 1/4 cup Swerve confectioners (or 1 tsp stevia glycerite): to desired sweetness
- 1/2 tsp salt *helps keep ice cream soft
- PEANUT BUTTER SWIRL:
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, softened
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup Swerve confectioners (or 1 tsp stevia): to desired sweetness
Healthified Frosting, not sugar low carb

- Amazing Bread
- 3 cup blanched almond flour (10 oz)
- 10 TBS psyllium husk powder (no substitutes) (90 grams) (must be a fine powder, measure weight to be sure) (I use Jay Robb whole husk psyllium ground in a blender until half its origonal volume, other psyllium may not have the same results)
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 5 TBS apple cider vinegar (2 oz)
- 6 egg whites (7 oz)
- 1 1/2 cup BOILING water (12 oz)
