In a large saucepan cook and stir meat until brown
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup pared and cubed potatoes
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon brown kitchen bouguet sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 teaspoon basil
- 28 ounce can of tomatoes (with liquid)
Easy Taco Casserole

In a saucepan brown ground beef and drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 medium tomato

- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

- 1 package (7ounces) small pasta shells
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups cubed cooked red potatoes
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 15 oz can chili beans in sauce (keep juice)
- 2 16 oz jars of salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 small onion
- 3/4 pound ground beef
