Chocolate Truffle Cookies

Remove wrappers & place in freezer for several hours Heat oven 350 degrees
- 60 Hershey Kisses (chocolate truffle)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pkg. brownie mix w/ syrup
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup Hershey’s cocoa
- 2 eggs
- Powdered sugar
Cheesy Hash Browns

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 quart glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray*
- Topping Ingredients:
- 1 package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups (8 ounces) Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes, coarsely crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Broccoli Cheese Soup

Sauté onions in oil or use onion flakes
- 1 small onion chopped
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 cups water
- 1 bags small egg noodles
- 2 -10 oz. pkgs. Frozen broccoli
- 6 cups milk
- 1 – 32 oz. box Velveeta cheese
Frosting Starter by Domino

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine first four ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup all-vegetable shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. Domino® Confectioners Sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
GRANNY’S FUDGE

Bring sugar, milk & butter to a boil
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 – 7oz jar marshmallow cream
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 – 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts
Slushy Punch

Mix all ingredients in two freezer safe pitchers
- 1 large can pineapple juice
- 2 liter of lemon lime soda
- 2 TBS SWEETENED fruit punch drink mix (like Kool Aid) OR 2 individual sized packets of fruit punch Crystal Lite
Blueberry Bread Pudding

Preparation Arrange half of bread cubes in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan
- 1 (16-ounce) French bread loaf, cubed
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into pieces
- 3 cups fresh blueberries, divided
- 6 large eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 (10-ounce) jar blueberry preserves
Asparagus & Peppers

- 1 lb. asparagus
- 1 red pepper – sliced
- sesame seeds
- sesame seed oil
- fresh garlic
- crushed red pepper
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce with Pasta

In blender, combine all ingredients except pasta, until smooth
- 1 7 oz. jar roasted red peppers
- 3/4 cup half & half
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 glove garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- pasta (cooked & drained)
BLOOM Belini

1. Shake the pear juice and gin with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass 2
- 1 part BLOOM Gin
- 1/2 part Pear Juice
- Prosecco to taste
