Marinate and grill
- 1 family pack chicken cutlets(bottoms taste better)
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Italian Seasonings spice
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing

In a food processor,add all the ingred
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves,roughly chopped
- 1 lime,juiced
- 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs mayonnaise
- water
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Omelet with Feta and Fresh Tomatoes

- 3-4 eggs
- 2 Tbs water
- 1/4 cup crumbled or grated feta cheese
- 2 Tbs scallions or chives,finely chopped

- 2-3 lb London Broil,minute steak fillet or any similar cut of meat

- 1/2 onion,grated

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 2 pre made pie shells
- 1 Tbs canola oil
- 1 leek chopped,white and light green parts only
- 2-3 cups sliced mushrooms

- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese or favorite cheese
