Gravy (from drippings)

- 1/4 Cup Drippings (chicken or pork)
- 5 TBS Flour
- 2 Cups Milk (warmed)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Marbled Chocolate Brownies

- Brownies:
- 1 bar (4 ozs) Bittersweet Baking Chocolate
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter
- 2 tbs Cocoa Powder
- 1-1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flout
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Topping:
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Baking Chips
- 1 cup White Chocolate Baking Chips
Zucchini Bread

Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and spices, set aside
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup oil
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups chopped dates
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 small can pineapple, drained

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp ground sage
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1 Tspn butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk

- 1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
- 1 Cup Sifted Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 4 TSP Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs

- 1/4 Cup Shortening - Soft
Cherry Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

Mix butter, sugar and almond extract thoroughly using an electric mixer
- Drizzle ingredents:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup finely chopped SUNSWEET (DRIED FRUIT) cherries
- 1 ounce bittersweet OR semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp shortening
Chessy Mac and Veggie Smoked Sausage Casserole

Preheat oven to 375* Lightly butter a 9x9x2
- 1 package (16oz) smoked sausage cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup chopped (julienne) red pepper
- 1 cup frozen broccoli (thawed & drained)
- 16 oz processed cheddar cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni, set aside. Heat oil in skillet; add peppers, onion and garlic, cook until tender
- 1/2-lb box elbow macaroni
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped

- 1-lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes
