- 1 Green Pepper diced
- 2 Lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ho italian sausage
- l large onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
- 1 can (16 ox0 hot chili beans, undrained
- 1 can (16 oz0 kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (12 oz) pizza sauce
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced pepperonis, halved
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Prepare your coals:Either light charcoals (recommended) or start a campfire for cooking
- 14 oz sausage
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley fresh, chopped

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- (or half ground beef and half Italian sausage
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 small onion diced (Or dried
- onion flakes)
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ¾ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¾ teaspoon crushed red pepper

- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste
- (didn't need this when using
- Italian sausage)
- 1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire
- sauce
- 1/3 cup skim milk (any milk)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs ( I
- used 3/4 cup when I doubled

Best refried beans ever
- 1 pound dried, rinsed pinto beans (about 3 cups)
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 6 cups chicken broth (I use 5 cups water and 1 TBL Better Than Bouillon Vegetable)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- splash white vinegar

In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt
- 3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)

Mix in a gallon bottle and let stand over night
- 2 small cans shrimp
- 2 bottles shrimp cocktail cause (or 1)
- 2 qts. tomato juice (or enough to finish filling gallon) or v8 juice
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups diced celery, minced very fine
- 2 green onions minced fine
- 1 green pepper minced fine
- 3/4 t. garlic salt
- 2 T horseradish (optional)
- 1/2 c sugar or a little less
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 T vinegar

In a large pot, saute the chicken in the oil until cooked
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans of chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 8 oz corn tortilla chips
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup chunky salsa(my green tomatillo worked great)
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
