Sugar Cookie Martini

Using an offset spatula, spread a thin layer of frosting onto rim of two martini glasses
- FOR THE MARTINI
- 1/2 c. whole milk
- 1/4 c. Baileys
- 2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 2 oz. amaretto
- Ice
- FOR THE RIM
- 1/2 c. vanilla frosting
- 1/4 c. sprinkles, plus 1 tsp., divided
- Pre-made sugar cookie dough
Potato kielbasa skillet

Place potatoes and water in a microwave-safe dish
- 1 pound red potatoes, cubed
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3/4 pound Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa Sausage or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Gelatin-Gummy Fish Bags

Pour 5 cups of water into a medium pan
- 1 (1 oz) box of unflavored gelatin
- 2 (3 oz) boxes of blueberry flavored gelatin mix
- 5 cups water
- 3 cups flat lemon-lime soda (leave uncapped overnight)
- 8 small gummy fish (or cut Swedish fish down to size)
- 8 plastic cupcake bags or stemless plastic wine glasses (that look like mini fish bowls)
Creamy hash brown potatoes

- 1 bag of hash brown potatoes (2 lbs)
- 1/2 stick of margarine
- 1 can of any cream soup (prefer cream of celery)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Graveyard Veggie Pizza

For crust, in a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon canola oil, divided
- 3 cups (24 ounces) 4% cottage cheese
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 cup chopped fresh cauliflower
- 2 cans (4-1/4 ounces each) chopped ripe olives
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 jar (2 ounces) sliced pimientos, drained
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 4 teaspoons sour cream
- 10 to 15 crackers
Cheesy Green Bean Casserole

HEAT oven to 350ºF. COMBINE beans and soup in 2-qt
- 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen French-cut green beans, thawed, drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1-1/2 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
Dinner in a Pumpkin

Wash each pumpkin; cut a 4-in
- 4 medium pie pumpkins (2-1/2 pounds each)
- 1-1/4 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Hashbrown Casserole

Spray the bottom and sides of a 4 - 6 quart crock pot with non-stick spray
- 20 ounce bag of frozen hashbrowns with onions and peppers, thawed in fridge overnight
- 16 ounce bag of frozen chicken fajita strips (already cooked kind)
- 10.75 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
- 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
- 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of seasoing salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Oreo and Fudge Ice Cream Cake

- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 8 OREO Cookies, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches

- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs

- 1 cup sour milk (milk + EITHER 1 tblsp white vinegar OR 1 tblsp lemon juice)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
