- 1 Stick of butter
- 1 Cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Cup of Shredded Coconut
- 6 oz of Package Chocolate Chips
- 1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup of Chopped Pecans.
Oven Fried Chicken

Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
- 2 to 3 lbs of Chicken
- 1 Cup of Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp paprika
Baked Potato Wedges

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees Scrub Potatoes and cut in 1/2, then each one half into 4 wedges
- 2 Medium Baking Potatoes
- 1/4 C melted Butter/Margarine/Oleo
- 1/2 C Fine Bread Crumbs
- Salt/Pepper
Kahlua Coffee

Mix all ingredients except Hot Coffee
- 6 Cups of Hot Coffee
- 3/4 Coup of Chocolate Syrup
- 1/4 Cup of Kahlua Liqueur
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
- 1/2 Cup of Whipping Cream (Whipped)

- 2 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes (1/4 Cup)
- 12 oz Bow-Tied Pasta, Cooked
- 2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/8 Tsp of Salt
- 1/8 Tsp of Pepper
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 10 oz Bag of Fresh Spinach, Torn
- 1 1/2 Cups of Asiago Cheese, Grated
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Ann Jenkin's Welsh Bread

Ann Jenkins was my neighbor in Harrogate, England
- One Pint of Warm Water (80 to 90 degrees)
- 1 Tsp of Sugar
- 1 Oz of Yeast (prefer fresh Yeast but you can substitute Dry)
- 8 C of All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tsp of Salt
- 4 Tbsp of Lard (You can use shortening)
Spaghetti and Meatballs

VERY old Family Recipe
- Sauce:
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 2 Cans of Tomato Paste
- 8 Cans of Water (use Tomato Paste cans)
- 1 Marrow Bone
- 1 Chopped Stalk of Celery - Leaves and all
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Garlic Clove
- Meatballs:
- 1 lb of Ground Beef
- 1/4 Cup of Quick Oats OR 1/4 Dry Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp of Hunts Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Egg Slightly Beaten
- 1/4 Cup of Minced Onion
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- Dash of Pepper
Zucchini Casserole

Combine Bread Crumbs, Butter, Seasoning, Cheese Spread 1/2 of above in bottom of 12 x 9 x 2 pan Combine Zucchini/
- 1 Cup of Bread Crumbs
- 1/8 Cup of Butter or Oleo melted
- 1/8 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 lb of Zucchini sliced parboiled, drained
- 1/2 Medium Carrot shredded
- One Half of 10 1/2 oz of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
- 1/8 chopped Green Onion

- 1 Can of Beef Broth
- 1 Envelope of Lipton's Onion Soup
- 1 Can of Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 8 Oz Can of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Envelope of Chili Seasoning
- 1 Can of Red Kidney Beans (not drained)
- Sugar to Taste
- Salt/Pepper to Taste
