- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
- 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, plus more for iron
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups plain, low-fat yogurt
Dulce De Leche Cheesecake

For crust: Preheat oven to 350°F
- CRUST:
- 1 package Lorna Doone shortbread cookies, crushed fine
- 8 TBS melted butter (If using Keebler shortbread cookies use less butter. Try 4 tbs)
- FILLING:
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 6 TBS dulce de leche (typically you can find it in the Mexican food aisle)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1 TBS heavy whipping cream
Citrus Marinated Beef & Fruit Kabobs

Grate peel and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from orange; reserve juice
- 1 pound beef Top Sirloin Steak Boneless, cut 1 inch thick
- 1 medium orange
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
- 4 cups cubed mango, watermelon, peaches and/or plums
- Salt
Pork Steak Casserole

Brown pork steak. Combine in saucepan sour cream, mushroom soup, Mural and half of cheese
- 4 pork steaks, season to taste
- 1 pkg. square hash browns
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 4 to 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 tsp. Penzey's Mural of Flavor*
- can substitute chives or flaked parsley

- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon extract
JALAPEÑO POPPER WONTON CUPS

Preheat oven to 350. Spray each wonton wrapper on both sides and place into a mini muffin tin
- I also the following spices per taste:
- 36 wonton wrappers
- cooking spray
- 6 oz diced jalapenos (or to taste) – I use fresh – I just chop and sauté in a pan for a few minutes to soften them. The more seeds you leave in the hotter it is so be careful.
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese , softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese , divided
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Optional: Bacon, fried and crumbled – maybe a 1/4 pound
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cumin powder
- Chipotle or some sort of hot pepper

- 6 ounces mini pepperonis
- 6 ounces provolone cheese, cubed
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 pkg cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

- 12 sugar cookies (3 inches)
