Sugared Pecans

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 cups pecan halves
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 1-1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Holiday Eggnog

Combine eggs, condensed milk, vanilla and salt until thoroughly blended
- 2 Eggs Well beaten
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 quart milk
- 1 Cup heavy cream, whipped
- Nutmeg
- Rum or peach brandy optional
Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Frittata

- 1 Bag Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
- 2 Cans Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 8oz Container Sour Cream
- 1 8oz block Sharp Cheddar, shredded
- Salt and Pepper
- Small amount of milk
- 1 large container French Fried Onions/halved
Poppy Seed Dressing

- 3/4 C. Sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Onion Juice
- 1 Cup Cooking oil

Walnut Blue Cheese Crackers

In a food processor, finely grind 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 Cup Toasted Walnuts
- 3/4 Cup All P Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Tablespoons Cold unsalted Butter Cut up
- 1/4 lb Blue Cheese, Crumbled
- Kosher Salt for Sprinkling

1 Heat oven to 350ºF. 2 Spread 1/3 cup of the cheese evenly over half of each tortilla

- 6 Old El Paso® flour tortillas (8 inches in diameter)
- 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped (1/2 cup)
- 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons Old El Paso® chopped green chiles

- 1 small container cool whip
- 1 can fruit cocktail, drained

California Citrus Broccoli Slaw

- 1 bag (16 ounces) broccoli slaw
- 1 small jicama, peeled and cut into julienne strips (2 cups)
- 3 oranges
- 1 small red onion, cut in half and thinly sliced (1 cup)

- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
