Sweet Tea-Brined Hot Chicken Wings

The night before you will be serving the chicken wings, prepare the brine
- 2 cups brewed sweet tea
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon smoked salt
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons ground cayenne
- 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked salt
- cooking spray, as needed

Potato Kielbasa Skillet Recipe

Place potatoes and water in a microwave-safe dish
- 1 pound red potatoes, cubed
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3/4 pound Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa Sausage or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 1/2 cups very finely shredded carrots (from about 4 medium carrots)*

Make the crust 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C)
- 9 whole graham crackers, broken into pieces
- 5 tablespoons chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Five 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
