White Wine Sangria Jelly Shot

Fill the cocktail shaker 1/2 full of chopped fruit, and muddle vigorously (set remaining fruit aside for garnish)
- Ingredients
- 1 cup white wine (use what you have on hand, chardonnay, sav blanc, pino grigio, etc.)
- Chopped fruit, to fill cocktail shaker 1/2 full (I used lemon, lime, orange, and white and red grapes)
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/8 cup frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup club soda (or lemon lime soda, sparkling lemonade, etc)
- 2 1/2 envelopes Knox gelatin (1/2 envelope = about 1 tsp gelatin powder)
- 1/4 cup Cointreau
- 1/4 cup vodka
- Additional fruit for internal and external garnish, if desired
Easy Caramel Sauce

Directions Mix the brown sugar, half-and-half, butter and salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat
- 1 packed cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Spaghetti Sauce

This is my own receipe
- 1/2 cup onions diced
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 T garlic diced
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 2 T oregano dried
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 T fresh basil
- 1 T fresh parsley
- 1 t garlic salt
- 3 T tomato paste
- 1 16 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
Bayou Chicken

1. Lay the chicken breast onto a plate and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of Cajun seasoning on each side of the chicken
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast skinned & boneless
- 4 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup green peppers diced
- 1 cup yellow onion diced
- 1 cup carrots sliced rounds 1/4"
- 1 cup celery sliced 1/4"
- 1 Tbsp jalapeno peppers minced & drain
- 1 whole bay leaf
- 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3/8 tsp white pepper
- 3/8 black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 sour cream
- 3/4 cup Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup Colby cheese, shredded
Limoncello Granita

Directions Place the simple syrup, mascarpone cheese, limoncello, and salt in a food processor

- 1 1/2 cups Lemon Simple Syrup, recipe follows
- 1 cup (8 ounces) mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup limoncello liqueur
- Pinch fine sea salt
Banana Pudding

Directions 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk 2 minutes
- Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) package vanilla wafers
- 14 bananas, sliced
Squash Casserole

In medium saucepan, bring water, squash, onion and salt to a boil
- Water
- 2 lbs. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 tbsp. melted butter, divided
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp. plain bread crumbs

Make the sauce by heating 2 tsp of vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over med/low heat
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- vegetable oil, for frying (about 1 cup)
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 large green onions

- 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 envelopes Knox gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups champagne
- 1 drop orange flower water, if desired
- Edible flower petals for garnish, if desired
