Ground Beef Stroganoff

By Jecques
Saute onions, add beef and mix next 7 ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbl. flour
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsps salt
- 1/4 tsp Accent
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 8 ounces sour cream
Huevos Rancheros

Heat butter, saute onion and garlic until transparent
- 1 Tbl. butter
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can (4 0z.) green chilies
- 1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
- 4 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Parsley, chili strips, avocado, lettuce
Chili Egg Puff

Can be mixed the night before and baked the next morning
- 10 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pint small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies
Great Northerns with Leeks and Bacon

Soak beans overnight. Cover with fresh water and bring to a boil then simmer
- 2 cups dried Great Northern beans
- 4 slices thick sliced bacon, diced
- 2 Tbls. extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- Pepper
Angel Biscuits

Crumble cake of yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar
- 1 yeast cake
- 2 tlb. warm water
- 5 cups flour
- 1 tlb. baking powder or soda
- butter
- 3 tlb. baking powder
- 2 tlb. sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 cups buttermilk
Red Velvet Cake

Cream Crisco, sugar, eggs
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tbls. cocoa
- 2 oz. red coloring
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tbl. vinegar
Chicken Ole'

Layer in crock pot, tortillas then sauce, chicken, then cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small package sour cream
- 2 cans chopped chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- salt to taste
- grated cheese - cheddar, Montarey Jack
- tortillas - 2 packages
- chicken - turkey - beef
One Bowl Chocolate Pecan Pie

Heat oven to 350. Coarsely chop 4 sauares of the chocolate and set aside
- 1 pkg(8 squares) Baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 11/2 cups pecan halves or walnut pieces
