Thaw out 24 frozen bread rolls
- 24 frozen bread rolls
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 stick of butter

Chicken noodle casserole

Brussel Sprouts Casserole

Cut the Brussel Sprouts into halves
- • 8 oz bacon
- • 2- 12 oz bags of Brussel Sprouts, cut in halves
- • 1 cup heavy cream< 2 eggs, whipped
- • 1 teaspoon salt
- • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- • 1 1/2 cups cheese (of your choice I used sharp cheddar and mozzarella)
- • 1 sprig fresh Rosemary, minced
- • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- • 1 teaspoon Paprika
- • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Crock-Pot Ham

Coat crock pot with nonstick spray and place ham in upside down
- 8 lb ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup apple cider or 100% apple juice
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Ham with mustard and brown sugar

- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Double-Strength Vanilla
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) thawed frozen
- whipped topping
- 1 graham cracker square
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) semi-sweet chocolate morsels (see Cook’s Tip)
