Crunchy Cracker Snack Mix

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 4 cups bite-size cheese crackers
- 5 cups wheat stick crackers
- 3 cups pretzel twists
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 .7-ounce envelope cheese-, garlic, or Italian-flavor dry salad mix
Rhubarb Dump Cake

Heat oven to 350ºF. Place rhubarb in a 13x9” baking dish; sprinkle with sugar and dry gelatin mix
- 1 lb. fresh rhubarb, chopped {4 c.}
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 {3oz} pkg. Strawberry Gelatin
- 1 {2-layer size} pkg. white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup thawed cool whip
Pepper Steak

In small bowl, combine broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger; mix well and set aside
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds beef top or bottom round steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium-sized red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 4 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
- 3 scallions (green onions), sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Greek Lamb Chops

Using paper towels, pair dry chops and discard any shards or bone fragments
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 cup lemon juice)
- 2 tsp dried oregano preferably Greek, or 1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Grilled Honey Barbecued Ribs

- 2 cups chicken stock or bouillon
- 1 1/2 pound fresh broccoli (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- or broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Potato Buds for thickening, if needed
