- 2 tblspoons Parmesan grated
- 1 tblspoons Mayonnaise

- 2 tblspoons Olive oil
- 2 tblspoons Flour, All Purpose
- 1 pound Bread dough, frozen
- 8 ea American cheese, cheddar or mozz slices

Easy Turkey Gravy

Bring the turkey stock to a boil in a large saucepan
- 5 cups Turkey stock with pan drippings
- 10 3/4 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Flour, All Purpose

- 1 1/4 pounds challah or brioche bread cut into 1" cubes

- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 can chicken broth 14-oz

- 1/4 cup Butter or margarine
- 10 ounces Marshmallows regular sz OR
- 4 cups -Miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups Cereal Rice Krispies
Crockpot Orange Chicken

Set the crockpot to low. Put the chicken in the crockpot
- 3 ea Chicken breast or use thighs
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 cup Orange juice
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tblspoons Dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- 10 ounces Broccoli flowerets thawed, or use1.5 cup fresh broccoli
- 2 tblspoons Cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 ea Cooked rice

- 12 Meatballs see meatball recipe or buy premade

- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped use dry chopped onion, as much as I think
- 1/3 cup Parmesan shredded
- 2 tblspn Thousand island sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cans Crescent rolls 8 oz cans
- 1 ea Egg
- 1 ea Spaghetti Sauce Use in the popper if I feel like it, not mandatory
- 1/2 cup Cheddar or Mozarella shredded
Crockpot Carnitas Soft Tacos

Spray sloow cooker with cooking spray (or use bag)
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Lime juice (from 1 lime)
- 1 ea Bonless Pork Butt or Shoulder Blade Roast about 3 lbs
- 4 1/2 ounces Green chiles chopped
- 10 ounces Green Enchilada Sauce or salsa, whatever you like in tacos
- 1/2 cup Cilantro fresh, chopped
- 2 pkgs Flour tortillas 8 inchers
- 1 ea Salsa if desired
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
Waffles, Basic
