Autumn Pumpkin Raspberry Bundt Cake

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- CAKE INGREDIENTS:
- Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups
- white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup raspberries, cut in half
- 1/4 whole raspberries, for garnish
- FROSTING INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- red and yellow food coloring
Cornmeal Crusted Pork

In a shallow dish combine cornmeal, salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut in 1/2-inch thick slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking oil
- 12 ounces fresh green beans

- 1 teaspoon kosher salt plus more

- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. milk

In the slow cooker, mix together soy sauce, molasses, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup of mandarin orange slices or strawberries when accessable
- 1/2 cup thin sliced celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
