Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken

1.Mix the honey, mustard, salt and pepper together in a small bowl
- whole chicken, cut up (or the equivalent in chicken pieces)
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/4 c dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Cinnamon Raisin Baked French Toast

1. Unwrap the loaves of bread, then overlap the slices in rows in a well-buttered baking dish
- 1-1/2 loaf Cinnamon Raisin Bread
- Butter, For Greasing
- 8 whole Eggs
- 2 c Whole Milk
- 1/2 c Heavy Cream
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 TBSP Vanilla Extract
- Topping
- 1 stick Cold Butter, Cut Into Pieces
- 1/2 c Flour
- 1/2 c Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c Raisins
- Softened Butter, For Serving
- Warm Maple Syrup, For Serving
Crockpot roast

Combine all ingredients in the crock pot
- 3-4 pound roast
- 12 oz Coca Cola
- 3/4 C dark brown sugar
- 3/4 C Heinz chili sauce
- 3/4 C ketchup
- 3/4 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 4-5 new red potatoes
- 1.5-2 C baby carrots

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray
- 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
- 3 c fresh or partially thawed frozen blueberries

1. Cook pasta according to package directions
- 8 oz packaged dried mostaccioli, cut ziti or elbow macaroni
- 3 TBSP margarine or butter
- 3 medium onions, cut into think wedges
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 c half and half, light cream or milk
- 1 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped slinach, thawed and drained

- 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 package (8 oz) Old El Paso™ chile and roasted garlic Mexican cooking sauce
- 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, soften, cut into 1-inch pieces
