Cream the butter and both sugars
- 2 cups butter
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 5 cups blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal and blend in blender to a fine powder)
- 24 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 8 oz. Hershey bar (grated)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
CANE’S DIPPING SAUCE

Combine all ingredients, mix well
- 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1/4 CUP KETCHUP
- 12 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
- 1/4 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

1.Place skewers in water to cover; let soak at least 30 minutes

- 1 1/2 medium avocados
- 1 1/2 medium green tomatoes
- 2 fresh tomatillos
- 1 1/2 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 1 -1 1/2 jalapenos
- 3/4 cup sour cream

Indonesian Coconut Rice with Chicken and Zucchini

In a large deep frying pan or Dutch oven, heat the cooking oil over moderately high heat
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 1 large onion, cut into thin slices
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 cups long-grain rice
- 1 2/3 cups unsweetened coconut milk (one 13-ounce can)
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 pound zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch dice
