  • Mix together the following and press flat in a 9 x 13” pan:
  • 3 lb. ground beef (+ 1 tsp. salt)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • Refrigerate over night.
  • Cut meat in squares. Roll in flour and brown in oil. Put the browned meat squared in a baking dish.
  • Mix in the skillet used for browning:
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 can water (for mushroom soup)
  • 1/2 water needed for whole pkg. of onion soup
