- 2 cups Panko bread crumbs

- 10 ounce casarecce pasta or fusilli (short twisted spaghetti)
- 1 (5-ounce) package fresh baby spinach

- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk

Warm Artichoke and Bacon Dip

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven
- Butter, for greasing the baking dish
- 5 strips thick-cut bacon
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, optional
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- One 8-ounce bag frozen artichokes, thawed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups (16 ounces) mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from 1 large lemon)

- 4 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup uncooked yellow stone-ground grits
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (8-ounce) package presliced mushrooms
- 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp, each cut into 3 pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- Sugar to taste
- 2 tblsp Lemon juice
- 1 bottle dry White wine
- 1 cup Pineapple cubes
- 1 sour Apple
- 1 bottle Ginger ale
- 12 Ice cubes
Oreo Truffles

1. Crush oreos in a food processor
- 1 package of Oreos (or any cream filled cookie)
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 2 bags of milk chocolate chips

- 1/2 pkg frozen puff pastry slightly thawed

Natina's Corn

In a saucepan on medium-high heat, add the butter, chicken stock and thyme
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken stock
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 (12-ounce) package frozen corn
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Cayenne pepper, for garnish
Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce

In a small saucepan combine the first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha Garlic Chile Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
