Mexican Fudge

Mix together and bake at 350 until center comes out clean when poked with a fork for toothpick
- 2 lbs cheddar cheese
- 6-8 eggs

Preheat over to 350 (325 for glass dish) Use 13 x 9" baking pan, melt margarine
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Milk
- 1 cup (6oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (3 1/2oz) can - flaked coconut (1 1/3 cups)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
