Seafood Pie, Impossibly Easy

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x1¼-inch pie plate
- 1 package (6 ozs) frozen ready-to-serve crabmeat, thawed and drained, or 1 package (5 ozs) frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 package (3 ozs) cream cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 jar (2 ozs) diced pimientos, drained, if desired
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs
Bacon and Hash Brown Egg Bake

In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp
- 1 lb bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup milk
- 12 eggs
- 1 package (2 lb) frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 oz)
Maple-Bacon Breakfast Rolls

- 10 slices precooked bacon
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 3 tablespoons LAND O LAKES Butter, softened
- 5 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Mozzarella Sticks

- 12 pieces string cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- oil for deep-fat frying
- marinara or spaghetti sauce, for dipping
Apple Pear Crisp

Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss apple and pear slices with lemon juice and vanilla in large bowl
- Streusel Topping:
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 firm ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons McCormick Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) cold butter, cut into pieces
Manicotti, Easy

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown the beef and garlic and drain well
- 8 manicotti shells, cooked and drained
- 1/2 pound ground beef chuck
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 16 ounces of favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Parmesan cheese
Apple Pie Bars

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat egg yolk in small bowl
- Pastry:
- 1 Land O Lakes All-Natural Egg, separated, reserve egg white
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold Land O Lakes Butter, cut into chunks
- Filling:
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 8 to 10 medium (8 cups) tart cooking apples, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 reserved Land O Lakes All-Natural Egg white
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
Shrimp Carbonara Fettuccine

Prepare fettucine pasta according to package directions adding peas the last 5 minutes of cooking; drain
- 1/2 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup frozen petite peas with onions
- 1 (4 oz) can Chicken of the Sea Small Shrimp
- 2/3 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped Italian parsley
- garlic salt and pepper to taste
Cappuccino Bars

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray and lightly flour
- Bars:
- 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules or crystals
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 to 2 tablespoons cold brewed coffee or milk
Apple Pie Milkshake
