Gorp Bars

Combine sugar, corn syrup and bring to a boil
- 1 c corn syrup
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup skim milk powder
- 2 cup granola cereal
- 1 cup raisins
- 1-6 oz pk chocolate chips
Granola Bars

Mix peanuts, oats, wheat germ, hemp seeds and sunflower seeds and place on a baking sheet
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup peanuts, crushed (use any nuts)
- 1/3 cup all natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup agave nectar or honey
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 4 oz dried cranberries
- 4 oz dates, chopped
Hashbrown Casserole

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and lastly add frozen hash browns ( do not thaw)
- 2 lb bag of hashbrowns
- 1/3 cup of chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 2 cups of crushed cornflakes
Chinese Salad

- 1 pkg. coleslaw mix
- 2 bunches green onion (chopped)
- 1 cup salted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds (toasted)
- 2 pkgs. mr. noodles (broken up)
- Dressing
- 1 cup oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 pkg of mr. noodles seasoning
BBQ Sauce

I got this recipe from Martha Stewarts show, is really good on pulled pork
- 3 cups ketchup
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 3/4 cup light beer, such as a pale ale
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cola
- 2 teaspoons Blue Ribbon Hot Sauce, or other prepared hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 serrano chile, seeds removed, if desired, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut squash in half, remove seeds and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil
